CRIM Residential is a real estate and property development company founded in 2022 by Diana McKenzie, a licensed real estate broker, landlord, and experienced property developer in both Ghana and the United States. We are headquartered in the historic fishing town of Elmina, Ghana, and operate nationally throughout Ghana. 


CRIM Residential is part of a growing movement dedicated to transforming the African real estate landscape. Our mission is to help transform the African real estate sector by increasing access to affordable housing for Ghanaians and others who wish to purchase real estate in Ghana.
